Barry Gottehrer's Take On Real Estate

 I need everyones opinion that is interested in real estate! I'm looking to expand my business and get more into the suburbs of New York, I'm currently in Brooklyn, NY. I'm use to working with apartments and condos with some experience with town houses. I have been in the business for many years now and own companies called Manor Management and Manor Management Properties Group which have worked out well for myself. I look really forward to hearing from everyone, I just want to know what the big differences are from listing and selling houses in the suburbs compared to city living apartments and condos. Thanks!
